- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company under values homes. Then they use houses that are no where near comparable. They also get information 100% wrong on their appraisals. The guy was at my house for 10 minutes and barely asked questions. Did not know the area at all. Bought my house 3 years ago when the market was just turning around and it was appraised at 166k.. Today as the market is rocking in a rapidly growing area he appraised it for almost 20k less. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!By chris belanger, July 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disappointing- the appraiser walked through the house in less than 10 minutes. The comparisons used were not waterfront properties- when the subject was a waterfront property. Previous appraisal from 2 months prior was 20,000 higher- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want an accurate appraisal.By jpm santos, November 22, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★They were extremely helpful in our process of buying a home. They worked around our schedule, and were easy to reach when we had questions and needed help with a few items. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family, and would only pick them if we had the choice anytime in the future that we would need their services.
