- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid this office if you are shipping packages. The desk workers are zealots. I always try to precisely measure and weigh my packages before I purchase postage online but sometimes I may be slightly off. This office will weigh and measure everything and if you are 1 once over or a 1/4" over they WILL charge you the extra cost. The extra cost is not an issue for me, what bothers me is the extra amount of extra time it takes to drop off packages. Use the Perry or East Lansing Post offices for much faster service.By James Bauer, June 22, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I've lived in Williamston 15 years and always had good luck with the USPS. The deliveryman is very friendly and even leaves biscuits for my dogs when he delivers a package to the door. The office staff have always been friendly and I'm in and out in no time whereas the East Lansing USPS is always busy with a waiting line.By Woodrow Wilson, November 29, 2016
